As you can see below, it has internal gearing (pushing it makes the wheel turn which makes the propeller spin) and can be taken apart (surface contact and fit are important aspects of that) *(there is a reason "helicopter" is spelled that way) strobist info: one light only -- 580EXII in a small softbox to camera right and a bit behind, about 18" from Chunky. (closer than that as light got too soft and I lost dimensional modeling). For this low shot showing of the wheels, I moved the softbox very low to the table. For the rest of the shots, it was 12" or so above the table. There was a large white corroplast bounce card on the left side for fill. For this shot it was close, just out of frame, because I wanted a nice "product shot" balance between bright front and shadow side instead of dramatic contrast. I adjusted flash power so that I could have an appropriate f/stop DOF...not too shallow so you could not make out the form, not too deep so it looked too flat.

Captured within an opaque glass form, an orb of light appears to radiate thick volumes of colour from the surface. The sculpture is located in the pavilion that forms the exit route for delegates, and was specially commissioned by the pavilion’s sponsor, Danish window specialist Velux. First off, we were very surprised to see how far the popularity of the series had spread. Being advertised on highways is a great honour for us.:) Hehe, we joke, we joke. Well here it is everybody! Number 3! In a summer where the movie industry was dominated by the number 3 we decided to join in. Movies such as Spider-Man 3, Shrek 3, Spiderman 3, Rush Hour 3 and, of course, 300, were all given somewhat disappointing reviews. So naturally, the Chakkar Files plans to follow suit. We went for a bug budget, but low quality film this time. Oh make no mistake, we did not want to make this one this way but lack of resources made us scrap our original plan and go with this one. However, there is a silver lining to this dark cloud. The outrageous stunts we had planned for CF3 (Yes, were an abbreviation now...just to show how cool we are) will now be in CF4 which is already in the production stages. The intricate gilded ironwork of the bell tower of Katedrála svatého Víta, Václava a Vojtěcha (St. Vitus, St. Wenceslas and St. Adalbert Cathedral), at the Hradčany castle in Praha, Česká Republika. The tower, located on the southern side of the cathedral, was begun in 1396 under the architect Peter Parler. While the tower is predominantly in the Gothic style, it carries a Baroque style cupola. Like the rest of the cathedral, the tower remained uncompleted after work stalled after the fire of 1541. The tower was not completed until the Renaissance when the court architect Bonifac Wohlmut and Hans Tirol finished it between 1560 and 1562. The tower and the rebuilding of the transept of the cathedral was one of the few additions accomplished between 1541 and the cathedrals completion in the mid-19th Century. The tower was given its Baroque cupola in 1770 by court architect Niccolo Pacassi, and is the home to Zikmund, the biggest bell in Prague. Zikmund was cast in 1549 by Tomas Jaros and weighs an enormous 18 tons. The tower rises 318 feet (97 meters) high, and has Renaissance gallery that affords great views of Prague. In the 1994 documentary Look Back In Angora (about the tragic life of Wood Jr and his fight in the 1950s to get a break in the Hollywood picture industry) Brooks recounts how Wood invited him to act in his low budget films, to which he replied, "Ed, Im no actor" Edward D Wood Jr dismissed his comment and said "Youre in my pictures!" Conrad Brooks went on to appear in 4 of Woods films - including what has been termed an anti-masterpiece, Plan 9 From Outer Space (US 1959) - and then after the rise of the cult of Edward D Wood Jr in 1980 he began a prolific career in mostly straight- to video B-movies; often continuing the Horror of Sci-Fi genre, that Ed Wood had so cherished as themes in his motion pictures. Ever-positive, Conrad Brooks is a regular at Film conventions in the USA - and was delighted to receive this cartoon tribute from Stephen B Whatley in 1998. The galleto was described to us as a puff pastry filled with vanilla bean custard and topped with strawberries. And what strawberries they were! They must have been the last of the season, but they were fragrant, sweet and juicy. Eaten with the smooth custard and crisp puff pastry, they made a formidable combination, especially with lashings of the thick rich pouring cream! The buttery puff pastry was also nice dipped in the coffee :) Still as good as nearly two years ago!
