First Wave Dani reminds me a bit of Judy Garland. And Alexis -- well, they day I bought them, it was Lauren Bacall day on TCM, but I already have a doll named Lauren Bacall. So that night, while watching a bit of TO HAVE AND HAVE NOT, I decided to name Alexis after Hoagy Carmichaels character, the piano player, Cricket.
Favorite LIVs Ever!Yay! Found these two girls on clearance for $13.00 a piece! Ive always wanted them...See, when LIV dolls first came out, I didnt care for them. But after I fell in love with them, and saw comparison photos of the old and new dolls, I thought, "Gosh, I like those two first wave ones best, and now Ill probably never find them..."
